I will not measure breath by borrowed clocks,
Nor shape my days to fit another’s dream,
The road I take may wander, bend and break —
But every step is mine, and wholly seen!
Let others chase the echoes of applause,
I will listen for the quiet in my chest,
For in that hush, a steady truth remains,
To live as I am called is living best!
No map but instinct, no permission sought,
No fear of paths that others leave unknown —
I am the keeper of the life I build,
And every wild horizon is my own!
