A quiet hand may strike no blow,
Yet power hums beneath its skin —
A current deep the cruel do not know,
Till karma’s tide comes rolling in!
You laughed while breaking sacred light,
Mocked gifts you could not understand,
But shadows study every slight,
And mark them in a patient hand!
For those who carry something rare,
Are guarded not by might alone —
The universe itself lays bare,
A debt that must be overthrown!
And when it comes, it will not shout,
Nor warn you of the shifting air —
It turns your world from in to out,
A mirror none are spared to bear!
So, harm not those with quiet flame,
Nor test the depths you cannot see —
For karma does not play your game,
It ends it — swift and silently!
